Operate the can opener
Step 1-Place the can opener on the top of the jar with its edge in the groove between the cutter and the drive wheel.
Step 2-Place the jar on a flat surface, press the button for about one second, then release it, and the can opener will start cutting the sides of the jar.
Step 3-When the cutting is completed, the can opener will automatically stop and the gear will fall off the tin box. If not, please press the reverse button on the back.
Step 4-Ensure that the blade is reset to the starting position and the motor stops. Then, take the can opener out of the can.
Troubleshooting
(a) If the battery is exhausted, it may not be unlocked by pressing the button. Slide the rear battery door and replace 2 AA batteries. The can opener should continue to cut. Remember to replace the battery.
(b) Jars with thick seams and uneven edges may stop the can opener. If this happens, please follow the above procedure to open the jar.
(c) If the can is stuck, press the white button on the top of the can opener.
